Benefits of Halo Therapy

  • Respiratory Treatment—Helps asthma and chronic migraine headaches;
  • Anxiety (Stress Relief)—A perfect place to calm down after dealing with stressful situations—salt caves reduce anxiety by providing a quiet, relaxing atmosphere—also, the low oxygen environment helps eliminate negative thoughts that often lead to stress.
  • Detoxification—Salt caves are ideal places to remove toxins from the body—inhaling the saline-saturated atmosphere flushes out toxins faster than breathing regular air;
  • Fatigue—Halo therapy has been shown to consistently increase energy levels;
  • High Blood Pressure—Since salt caves have a lower oxygen content than the air we normally breathe, they naturally help decrease blood pressure;
  • Immune System—Negative ions can boost your immune system and elevate your mood;
  • Reduced Risk of Infections—This is considered to be one of the major health benefits of halo therapy;
  • Skin Problems—Salt caves are great for treating skin problems like acne, dryness, and even wrinkles—the salt cleanses the pores of the skin, removes dead skin cells, and makes it possible for the skin to heal faster;
  • Dental Health—Halo therapy is considered effective in removing plaque from teeth.
