Oh what a night! Grab the girls and come in for a night of girl-talk! Once everybody is ready, we will start you and the girls off in our mPulse IR Sauna. You will spend 60-minutes in the sauna benefitting from far, mid and near infrared waves. After the IR Sauna, we escort you down to our Salt Cave for a 45-minute Halo Therapy Session. Here you will experience all of the benefits of Halo Therapy while catching up with the girls! We do encourage deep breathing exercise for maximum benefit. A Brainwaves Modalities Master can give you some tips on how to do this. Afterwards, if you don’t want to leave… you can hang out in our Meditation Lounge until you’re ready. At the end of the night, you will feel energized and reconnected. We all need that! This is a great alternative to a night of drinking or spending time at the bar. We can provide chocolate covered strawberries or a cheese and cracker tray free of charge to top it all off

Couples only! Do you need a few hours of total relaxation? No phone, no work, no t.v., no kids. Something different than the same old routine. We’ve got you covered! Come in for a 30-minute mPulse IR Sauna Session in relax mode. After a light shower to cool you off, head to the Salt Cave for a 45-minute Halo Therapy Session. Here, we encourage you to do breathing exercises to gain the maximum benefit. After you are super relaxed, head to your 60-minute Couples Float Session together in our Double Float Suite. Afterwards, you can relax in the meditation lounge and just enjoy being in each others company with complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. A brand new date night option for those interested in a slightly different experience than the original date night. Test yourself by starting out with a 45-minute Contrast Therapy session together. This is where you will alternate between the IR Sauna and Cold Plunge with your partner. Feel like a million bucks afterwards with no pain, inflammation and most importantly, no fatigue! After the Contrast Therapy session, immerse yourself in light, sound and good vibrations in our Revibe Chair paired with our brand new modality BrainTap. Stimulate the brain and optic nerve with chromotherapy lights, binaural beats and a guided voice. A Modalities Master will help you pick out the perfect session for you both. Next up, the Salt Cave for a 45-minute Halo Therapy Session where you are encouraged to do deep breathing exercises to get the most out of this modality. Date night 2.0 can be done in any order you want so feel free to change it up! Purchase your Date Night and we will give you a call to go over details as well as schedule your date!

Date nights at BrainWaves are by far our most popular packages. The classic focuses more on relaxation, while 2.0 is a little more driven towards stimulation. The third child is a combination of the two with a little bit of pick your own adventure! From stimulation to complete relaxation, date night the third will take you and your partner on a several hour roller-coaster ride through all the feels. We start with a contrast therapy session, then its straight down to the float suite for feel the electric feels of your body going from cold to warm again and slipping deeply into relaxation. Then, you choose two of any of our couples modalities or you could swap between PEMF/roXiva sessions and Red Light. The other options are a 30 minute Oxygen session together, PEMF together, BrainTap together or a private session in the salt cave together. The choice is yours!
Single Experience: $199
3 – 3.5 hours
Looking for a night out alternative? We have that covered for you as well! Bring in your group for a full night (or day) of relaxed, unrushed, group care. We start in the saunas and contrast therapy room to begin. After the burn is over we start to relax. Your crew will then have private access to a large section of the facility to do whatever modalities interest you. The salt cave will be running the entire time for some breathing and relaxation breaks. We will set up the roXiva for group sessions so you and your friends can do it at the same time, reminiscing about the experience after. Everyone will get to share what they encountered on their journey together. The group will have exclusive private access to 2 braintap/revibe chairs and the couples float. The oxygen lounge, red light therapy, pulsating electromagnetic frequency and chromo therapy rooms are available to you. We can have the entire event catered with snacks or meals from a number of vendors in the area. You can also arrange to have massage, stretching and reiki (when available) added to your experience while you relax in the private area.

Full facility take over packages customized to fit you and your specific group’s needs – we will even take care of the food!.
