Come in for a 30-minute mPulse IR Sauna Session in relax mode. After a light shower to cool you off, head to the Salt Cave for a 45-minute Halo Therapy Session. Here, we encourage you to do breathing exercises to gain the maximum benefit. After you are super relaxed, head to your 60-minute Couples Float Session together in our Double Float Suite. Afterwards,you can relax in the meditation lounge and just enjoy being in each other’s company while enjoying some complimentary chocolate covered cherries. A different take to the original Date Night. Time allotted: 2.5-3 hrs. Price Point: $199
A brand new date night option for those interested in a slightly different experience than the original date night. Test yourself by starting out with a 45-minute Contrast Therapy session together. This is where you will alternate between the IR Sauna and Cold Plunge with your partner. Feel like a million bucks afterwards with no pain, inflammation and most importantly, no tiredness! After the Contrast Therapy session, immerse yourself in light, sound, and good vibrations in our Revibe Chair paired with our brand new modality BrainTap. Stimulate the brain and optic nerve with chromotherapy lights, binaural beats, and a guided voice. A Modalities Master will help you pick out the perfect session for your evening. Next up, the Salt Cave for a 45-minute Halo Therapy Session where you are encouraged to do deep breathing exercises to get the most out of this modality. Paul’s Gauntlet

So you want to feel different? No, I mean really different than you do right now? Are you up for the challenge of “Paul’s Gauntlet”? I put this together last year while doing a personal challenge of floating for 30 days in a row. I kept falling asleep in the tank (I think I was getting too relaxed lol), so I decided to add a few things prior to the float to energize my body a little bit so I could stay sentient during my float sessions. I was doing this right before bed and I gotta tell you that I have never slept better or felt more relaxed in my life! During the time I was doing this I was under a lot of stress and anxiety and this circuit really worked wonders for me to get me through that time. The idea is to get your body and mind worked up into a gamma state and then bring you down quickly into a theta or delta state. This rapid change will definitely drive your body and mind into homeostasis. Ladies Night
Oh What a Night. Time allotted: 2 hours or longer. Price point: $299 for up to 4 ladies.
Oh what a night! Grab the girls and come in for a night of girl-talk! Once everybody is ready we will start you and the girls off in our mPulse IR Sauna. You will spend 60-minutes in the sauna where you will benefit from far, mid, and near infrared waves. After the IR Sauna, we escort you down to our Salt Cave for a 45-minute Halo Therapy Session. Here you will experience all of the benefits of Halo Therapy all while catching up with the girls! We do encourage deep breathing exercise for maximum benefit. A Brainwaves Modalities Master can give you some tips on how to do this. Afterwards, if you don’t want to leave… you can hang out in our Meditation Lounge until you’re ready. At the end of the night, you will feel energized and reconnected. We all need that! This is a great alternative to a night of drinking or spending time at the bar. We can provide chocolate covered strawberries or a cheese and cracker tray free of charge to top it all off!
Contrast Therapy Parties
A team building experience like no other.
Time allotted: 1 hour. Monday thru Friday only. Price Point: $299 for up to 8 people.
Bring your team, friends, or family and root each other on straight into homeostasis (the biological state of being in balance and functioning at optimal levels). We are now offering group Contrast Therapy Sessions and can accommodate up to 8 people at one time. Contrast Therapy helps with increased energy, alertness, elevated mood, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, as well as many other benefits. After 9-minutes in the Amplify IR Sauna, take a 1-minute break to reduce the heat stress response on the body, then, then, Cold Plunge for 3-minutes. We can get the water as low as 39℉ and the saunas are generally maintained at right around 135℉-160℉. This gives you a contrast of about 100℉. We will adjust the water temperature accordingly so everyone in the group will receive the maximum benefits.
