In a world full of over stimulation, media of all types and an overly socially demanding lifestyle created by our society, sometimes we can find ourselves in existential crisis mode. As the world continues to bombard us with challenges to overcome, we can awaken to the power within to control how we feel about it. Come and learn some breathing techniques and meditation with us. Explore how to embrace and control your inner mind.

There have been many studies done on deep breathing and the benefits. It boils down to the diaphragm being a muscle, Like any muscle, the more you exercise it, the better it works.

Meditation has many known benefits.  According to one article in Forbes Magazine, published July 14, 2016, written by Contributor Jeena Cho, there are at least “6 Scientifically Proven Benefits.”  These include but are certainly not limited to reducing anxiety, reducing biases, reducing depression, increasing self-esteem, improved cognition and improved concentration.
