The owner Paul Mularski Jr purchased the property in 2021 and almost immediately began the renovations on what is now considered to be one of the most upscale health and wellness facilities in the Pittsburgh area. It took an entire year to buildout and the owner was obsessive about the details. Paul would say “This place is a culmination of 40 years of life experience, nearly 30 years of construction experience and a passion for wanting something to happen”.
