We are in search of someone awesome! As the owner of Brainwaves Float Studio and Wellness Center, I invite you to apply to become a part of our growing team. I am currently looking for someone with experience in the health and wellness industry, who also has some customer service skills. Our facility is like no other in the area offering many modalities (float tanks, Saunas, Cold Plunge, Salt Cave, Inversion Tables, Massage Therapy, Reiki, IV Drip Therapy and even a gym!). I want to create an environment for our clients that will be welcoming, enchanting, and just what they need to reset and unwind their busy lives and days. Our main focus is the well-being of others, and we are looking for the person who reads this and knows deep down that this is the path for them.
- Passion for wellness
- Strong people skills: Must be a good listener, supportive and generous with praise (must be willing to give and receive hugs)
- Must be able to lead operations during shift
- Customer schedule management
- Answer phone and handle customer inquiries
- Assist clients throughout their visit, including check-ins, demonstrations, check-outs, and room turnovers
- Help maintain equipment, maintain towels and robe supply, and restock supplies
- Must be an effective communicator
- Must acquire full knowledge of our modalities, computer/scheduling programs, and facility operations to enhance our guest’s experience, and understand malfunction
- Strong logistical/problem-solving skills- Listening to feedback, being open to suggestions, implementing changes as needed to benefit our customer’s experience.
- Willingness to continue education: Attending conferences, listening to podcasts, viable research, and networking to continue to better our business and more importantly yourself.
